When you refer us a property for management, including:
• Properties that have been managed by another Property Management company
• Properties that have been managed privately
• Brand new properties
• Residential properties
• Commercial properties
For rental referrals, of the $200 there is to be a 50/50 split (i.e $100 each) to the person who referred the property and the club they nominate/are affiliated with

IPG will pay $500 …
When you refer us a property (buy or sell), including:
• Properties to be listed and subsequently sold by IPG
• Properties to be purchased through IPG – off plan (paid on exchange) or established (paid on settlement)
For sales referrals, of the $500 there is to be a 50/50 split (i.e $250 each) to the person who referred the property and the club they nominate/are affiliated with

Alternatively, To refer a property for sale, rent or to buy please email newbus@independent.com.au with information including:
- Contact name and numbers and nominated club
- Any information known about the property (e.g. 3 bedroom house, brand new 1 bedroom apartment) etc. OR for a purchaser, what they’re interested in (e.g. location, size etc)
- Any additional information which may help IPG
